Le film lors de sa sortie avait autant divisé entre ceux qui adorent et ceux qui réfutent à chacun de se faire une idée du film
🎬 Mel Gibson réalise ici un coup de maître en nous offrant un film fort et dur sur le récit biblique des dernières heures de la vie de Jésus. Jim Caviezel, mais aussi Maia Morgenstern en Marie et Monica Bellucci en Marie-Madeleine, tous sont justes dans leurs rôles distinctifs. L'idée d'incorporer Satan qui parcourt le film en possédant Judas pour finir seul en plein désert est excellente. L'image est de toute beauté tout comme la musique. Épique et tragique se mêle d'une façon remarquable et certaines scènes sont dures à regarder, rien n'est caché pour que toute la violence se fasse ressentir. Mel Gibson à fait un excellent travail. 🎬 🎬 🎬
