Résumé
The young Julien Parme is in love with Mathilde, and is intent on telling her so. But when Julien is forced to stay at home the night he plans to tell her, and worse, when the news of his mother's decision to re-marry is cruelly passed on to him as hear-say, he decides to leave his home to become a writer. But first he must find Mathilde.
