Je crois que je l'ai préféré au premier parce que j'aime beaucoup les slow burn. Les personnages sont tous ultra attachant. Taco trop cute. Et même Charo avait l'air cool même si je l'apprécie toujours pas énormément. La romance est incroyable et Lucas est juste le romantisme en personne à ce niveau. Rosie est super cute et un personnage hyper attachant.
Premier roman que j’ai lu 100% en anglais sans aucune aide de vocabulaire et franchement : c’était géniale ! Bien qu’il y avait quelques expressions ou mots dont je devait chercher la traduction, l’histoire reste très facile à comprendre et fluide à la lecture même si je pense qu’il faut déjà être à l’aise un minimum avec l’anglais avant de se lancer dans cette lecture (surtout qu’il y a beaucoup de pages). J’ai énormément aimé le contexte de la romance, les personnages authentiques et les nombreuses situations absolument hilarantes où je me suis clairement reconnu puisse que j’aurais pu en faire tout autant dans la vraie vie tellement j’suis aussi maladroite que l’héroïne. Bref, j’ai trop aimé ! Je mettrais juste un petit 9 parce que attention ⚠️ SPOILER ALERT⚠️ ok la fin est belle mais la dernière phrase nous laisse de ouf sur notre faim😭. Bon on peut deviner la suite mais ça m’a surprise quand même 😂. Mais sinon à part ce tout petit détail tout est nickel ça gâche pas l’histoire non plus 😉.
