This was a neat little movie. The most impressive thing about this movie is how they truly made this dog feel expressive and so full of life. At the end of the film, there’s a little featurette where the director talks about some of the behind the scenes challenges. And wow, this looks like such a hard thing to film. It came out well and the movie wasnt bad. Visuals and audio were decent. I just didn’t enjoy this movie as much as other films, since the story wasn’t very intriguing for me. There were some cool scares and effects in this film, but I think I enjoy the behind the scenes stuff more than the movie. This was a 1 hour and 13 minute film, and it felt kinda long. I’m assuming because there’s practically no dialogue, but the beginning felt like it dragged on for quite some time. Also I didn’t fully understand the story. All I really understood was that there was an older ghost dog and the dead grandpa died a weird way. I feel like the story was super vague and there was almost no plot to this film. At the end of the day though, they definitely made a movie with a dog. It was scary at times, funny at times, and it’s always a good time to watch a cute dog. So despite the movie having a subpar story, I still rate it a 7/10
