26 avisI really expected more from this movie, I feel like so many people praise this movie but the jokes just aren’t it… don’t get me wrong, the fourth wall breaks and some of the jokes are great, I liked the Spaceballs character watching their own movie to find the heroes, it’s clever and funny. But some jokes are either really outdated or just aren’t funny. I think this franchise has a lot of potential, especially with the remake confirmed coming out in a few years, but I can’t really say this is a good movie. It has some excellent parts, but the bulk of the movie is bland or bad. 6/10, still memorable and enjoyable then other movies I’ve watched, but I expected more…
🎬 Ce film de Mel Brooks, parodie à peu près tout ce qui se faisait à l'époque en matière de science-fiction. On pourra y reconnaitre Star Wars en fil rouge, mais aussi Alien, La planète des Singes, Star Trek et plein d'autres. Les acteurs sont très bons, que ce soit Mel Brooks dans le double rôle du Président Skroob et de Yogurt, Bill Pullman en Han Solo ou Rick Moranis en Lord Casque Noir dont la méchanceté est proportionnelle à la bêtise. Le scénario nous embarque pendant environ une heure et demie dans une aventure totalement saugrenue. À revoir ou à découvrir pour ne pas mourir idiot. 🎬 🎬 🎬
Parody on Star Wars with references to other movies. A little too heavy on the puns and slapstick humor for me but entertaining
