I think this one hit me in the feels more than normal because of what’s been going on in my own life over the last few years. There were a few passages that really hit me right in the gut, which I wasn’t expecting. When I saw that it was “TikTok famous,” I was expecting something lighter and figured it would be an easy read while I was waiting for The Black Bird Oracle to be released. I did not expect to be so entirely taken in by the story.
