Capitale des Pays-Bas, cette ville charmante parsemée de canaux ravie les yeux. On a affaire à un trésor culturel des Pays-Bas, notamment par l'architecture flamande très présente et les nombreux monument et musées (Rijksmuseum). Toutefois, faites-bien attention aux cyclistes qui ne pensent pas tout le temps à s'arrêter à la vue d'un piéton. Niveau gastronomie, je vous conseille de goûter les pâtisserie hollandaises : stroopwaffel, quatre-quart néerlandais ou encore beurre de cacahuète et canelle très répandus dans les desserts.
