Reagan A rated ★ 8/10

The first time in July of 2019, it was absolutely amazing. Beautiful. Nice people. Atmosphere was a 10/10. July of 2023 was not the same experience. A lot of things were closed and I think drug use may have increased, we saw a man literally pooping in his front yard. However, the museums and history is rich. The land is still quite beautiful.
