Synopsis
The film follows Leonard, an English tailor who used to craft suits on London's world-famous Savile Row. But after a personal tragedy, he's ended up in Chicago, operating a small tailor shop in a rough part of town where he makes beautiful clothes for the only people around who can afford them: a family of vicious gangsters.

Thriller sympa
Un huis-clos à l’ancienne qui rappelle autant les films des années 50 qu’une pièce de théâtre à l’intrigue saisissante. Marc Rylance mène la danse dans ce thriller… Parmi les quelques affiches existantes, j’ai choisi celle-ci qui rappelle l’ambiance théâtre…
Très étonnant jusqu à la fin, je ne comprenais pas où le réalisateur voulait en venir.

Super scénario et super acteur principal Mark Ryelance (superbe diction anglaise) pour qui le rôle est taillé sur mesure!
Note : 7.5 SPOIL : Bon thriller, on ne doute pas vraiment du tailleur (coupeur dans le film), même si on a quelques doutes. Jusqu'à la fin on découvre des infos sur ce tailleur, même si de base on sait qui a tué le fils (Richie). Au final le tailleur cache bien son jeu car cetait son plan dépuis le début. Tout le film se déroule dans son magasin c'est ce qui donne aussi ce suspense quand les personnages partent avant de revenir.
