Synopsis
Looking to mine for gold, greedy industrialist Bartholomew Bogue seizes control of the Old West town of Rose Creek. With their lives in jeopardy, Emma Cullen and other desperate residents turn to bounty hunter Sam Chisolm for help. Chisolm recruits an eclectic group of gunslingers to take on Bogue and his ruthless henchmen. With a deadly showdown on the horizon, the seven mercenaries soon find themselves fighting for more than just money once the bullets start to fly.

🎬 Antoine Fuqua a fait du très bon boulot et s'éloigne forcément de l’œuvre d'origine de John Sturges. Un film violent, survitaminé, efficace et divertissant. Grands décors, fusillades, saloon, bravoure tout est là, avec une très bonne distribution, Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke, Vincent D'Onofrio, Byung-Hun Lee, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo et Martin Sensmeier. La joute finale est de toute beauté, dramatique à souhait. Cette version 2016 n'a rien a envier a son illustre remake des années 60 et parvient même a donner une certaine modernité aux Western. 🎬 🎬 🎬
