I loved the original movies since I was a kid and this live action did not disappoint. However there was the that was cut when hiccup was feeding the smaller dragons, it was a cute scene from the original movie. But overall loved the special effects, the music, the photography.
En étant très très objective je mettrais un 7,75/10, en étant très très subjective et en prenant mon côté très fan du dessin animé je mettrai 5/10. En réalité c’est bien fait, même Astrid en vrai vu qu’elle est belle et joue bien ça va mais ils auraient pu la rendre moins… friendly et plus… froide ? Quand à l’un des jumeaux, je ne suis pas grossophobe mais elle est pas sensée être grosse. Pour finir, je suis déçue qu’ils n’ai pas laissé la célèbre réplique « Tu sais que c’est moi tout entier que tu pointes ? », sans parler du nouveau prénom de Rustik. La note objective repose uniquement sur le décor, l’acting et le réalisme des dragons comme si c’était la première fois que je voyais le film et je trouve que je suis extrêmement généreuse.
OKAYYY it was very good ngl, very similar to the og BUT I am extremely disappointed that they didn't include the "i ordered an extra large boy with beefy arms" and "those who stay will look after Hiccup" scenes :( but i LOVE that they kept "thank you for nothing, you useless reptile" and "it's the size of my—" 😍
