J’ai bien aimé l’intrigue mais j’ai trouvé la morale pas ouf, genre oui ok l’herbe est tjrs plus verte en face et il faut se rendre compte de la chance qu’on a déjà etc mais je l’ai surtout vu comme un « accepte les parents un peu merdiques que t’as déjà même s’ils s’occupent pas vrmt de toi pcq c’est ta famille et c’est comme ça » et je suis pas hyper fan de ce genre de discours. Ensuite c’était vraiment giga creepy et terrifiant, c’est PAS du tout un film pour les enfants ??? Mona l’avait vu pour la première fois à 9 ans et heureusement que c’était pas mon cas pcq je pense que ça m’aurait vraiment traumatisé. Bref j’ai bien aimé tout le côté cinématographique, les images étaient magnifiques, les dialogues très bien, les chansons parfaites, les personnages très bien ficelés et intéressants, mais vraiment pas fan de la morale et pour moi c’est un film -13 ans

Loved it! Perfect movie to cuddle up on the couch with your kitty!!!!!
I have a sort of, paradoxal relation to this movie because when I was little it used to scares me a LOT but also I loved to watch it! And and I learn like 2 years ago that it came from so I've bought and it was amazing. The only problem that the author of the book is a really problematic man so it kinda spoil the experience.
