Visuellement, je trouve ça très bon : la cinématographie est propre avec quelques beaux plans, même si ce n’est pas “excellent”. La mise en scène est bien, mais je reste gêné par le nerf de Shiki (et une fin un peu rushée) qui affaiblissent l’impact. Le scénario/écriture est sympa mais limité et clairement pensé fan-service autour de Shiki. Les dialogues restent intéressants (loyauté, risque, famille d’équipage). Côté personnages, j’aime le focus sur Nami et je trouve plusieurs PNJ bien traités ; en revanche, le méchant manque d’ampleur à cause du nerf. Le jeu vocal est au niveau. L’OST est bonne, le montage/rythme très bien. Direction artistique très bonne, décors excellents, costumes excellents. Effets/technique : très bien. En émotion, ça fonctionne sur l’ensemble, mais la fin perd un peu en puissance (toujours cette impression de nerf et de précipitation). Originalité/créativité : original, mais la créativité reste moyenne (≈6/10). Cohérence de l’univers : oui, malgré mes réserves. Rejouabilité : je l’ai vu trois fois, mais pas spécialement envie maintenant. Note exacte : 7,8/10.
Synopsis
20 years after his escape from Impel Down, the legendary pirate Shiki, the Golden Lion, reappears causing massive upheaval to the Marines. During his long seclusion, he was able to come up with a scheme to bring the World Government to his knees. On his way to execute the plan, Shiki crosses paths with the Straw Hat Pirates and becomes so impressed with Nami's knowledge of meteorology that he abducts her to forcedly enlist her into his crew. Luffy and the gang end up on a strange land populated with monstrous beasts as they desperately search for Shiki and Nami.
