Le film n'est pas terrible. Les scènes d'action sont réussies (et encore pas toutes). Les décors sont tous très beaux et le film a plusieurs trouvailles visuelles intéressantes mais pas assez exploitées. Le concept d' "humaniser" le predator ne me plaît pas forcément. Je trouve que le predator n'est pas assez guerrier. Et encore ça c'était juste que pour la première heure. Le reste du film est l'une des pires arnaques que j'ai jamais vu. Pendant toute la promotion, on nous a vendu un film PREDATOR, et là, on se retrouve avec un film ALIEN VS PREDATOR. La dernière demi-heure est tout simplement digne d'une bande annonce promouvant le prochain Alien vs Predator. Qu'il y ait quelques clins d'œil à Alien, je peux l'accepter (c'est toujours plaisant), mais là, ça frôle le ridicule. On a l'impression de se retrouver devant un film Alien avec la bête de Predator. Ajoutez à ça quelques longueurs et vous obtenez un film décevant qui ne sait pas vraiment si il doit être un film Predator ou une giga bande annonce d'Alien VS Predator. Dommage

Easy watch, very satisfying ending. But nothing so deep that I don’t need to really reflect on any part of this movie afterwards. It is quite interesting that they added more personality into this main predator, Dek, unlike traditional predators with no emotion but heart cold killers. Watched this together with Brian, Jiwoo and mom. The Kalisk (the monster the predator, Dek, tried to hunt) was almost invincible unless its body is destroyed from inside out. Loved the way they made this monster’s growing process just like Pokémon. From cute little monkey to vicious yet grand and huge monster when evolve.
