Synopsis
A religious fanatic marries a gullible widow whose young children are reluctant to tell him where their real daddy hid the $10,000 he'd stolen in a robbery.

Ce film est bien mais la façon de jouer je la trouve exagérée et pas naturelle, surtout la mère de famille, sans oublier le pasteur. Dommage.
Meurtrier (faux pasteur) qui s'insère dans la famille de son co-détenu en prison, lequel a été arrêté et exécuté pour avoir volé 10.000$ que personne n'a jamais retrouvé. S'ensuit une course poursuite lorsqu'il tue la mère et découvre que les enfants connaissent la cachette de l'argent. Miss Cooper qui retrouve les enfants après leur longue traversée en bateau : personnage de "femme qui aide" très intéressant. Intégrée dans la société, elle s'occupe d'enfants orphelins/dont les parents ne peuvent pas assumer la charge et l'éducation.
