Spect.Viewers generally appreciate 'Petites mains' for its heartfelt portrayal of the struggles and camaraderie among hotel maids. The film is praised for its emotional depth and the strong performances, particularly by Corinne Masiero. While it effectively highlights social issues and the human spirit, some felt it lacked humor and depth in storytelling, making it more of a straightforward documentary than a cinematic experience.

When she joined the team of chambermaids, she met colleagues with strong personalities: Safietou, Aissata, Violette and Simone.Between laughter and hard knocks, the young woman discovers a close-knit team united in the face of adversity.
