14 reviews6.5 out 10 It had potential to be one of the most exciting movies but it went downhill from when Ben Richard took the rich girl in her car as hostage. Brian: Fun to watch. Good thriller. But nothing that you won’t expect. Cliche story. Good cinematic experience but the storyline is same old. Don’t expect too much. Good weekend movie.
This movie was amazing, the fights were brilliant, the cinematography was awesome, this is such a fun film. Gwen Powell’s performance was excellent, and pretty much everyone acted well in this film. The fight scenes and visuals are a highlight. Micheal Cera’s scenes in the house were so good, the traps reminded me a lot of Home Alone. The commercials and graphics in this film felt so real, it really nailed the TV show aesthetic they’re going for. The mechanics of the game are fun, leading to the audience to be on their toes rooting for Gwen Powell to win. Other then some plot holes, I don’t have many problems with this film, it’s simply just a fun time and I really enjoyed watching it 8/10
