Synopsis

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce film (version longue de 3h07), en phase avec le savoir-faire de Ridley Scott en matière de films d'époque. Le casting est somptueux, le sujet des religions et de leurs excès, du racisme, des échanges entre les différentes cultures, est abordé avec pas mal de finesse. J'ai juste été un peu dérangé par l'excès de violence des scènes de bataille (les projections de sang notamment), peut-être là pour montrer la violence et la tension énormes de l'époque et de la Terre sainte. Bref je vous recommande ce film.

Distrayant, de belles images mais on sait ce que Ridley Scott fait vraiment de l'histoire...
