Synopsis
Rona, fresh out of rehab, returns to the Orkney Islands; a place both wild and beautiful right off the Scottish coast. After more than a decade of living life on the edge in London, where she both found and lost love, Rona – now 30 – attempts to come to terms with her troubled past. As she reconnects with the dramatic landscape where she grew up, memories of her traumatic childhood merge with more recent challenging events that have set her on the path to recovery.

Réal intéressante avec de belles idées de mise en scène Personnage assez insupportable mais en même temps elle traverse une épreuve très difficile Il y a un schéma qui se répète dans la narration (Documentaire, présent, passé) et ça jusqu’à la fin Pourquoi pas même si j’aurais bien aimé un petit cassage à un moment Proposition sympathique

Petite retenue sur la chronologie choisie dans la narration. En dehors de ça, c'est magnifiquement intense et Saoirse est juste incroyable. Pas fun, mais hopeful quand même.
It's giving Les gens heureux lisent et boivent du café (sauf que les gens sont pas heureux et que c'est pas du café mais de l'alcool)... Bref, j'ai envie d'aller m'isoler sur une île au large de l'Écosse et de me prendre du vent plein d'eau de mer dans la gueule, de nager avec les phoques et de danser avec la musique à fond dans ma p'tite maison chaleureuse #lifegoal J'ai bien bien pleurée. Souvent je souriais en pleurant. C'était très beau, j'ai été énormément émue par la prestation de Saoirse Ronan, par les paysages et la musique.
