Synopsis
Fonda and Redford star as Addie Moore and Louis Waters, a widow and widower who've lived next to each other for years. The pair have almost no relationship, but that all changes when Addie tries to make a connection with her neighbor.

Un très bon d'amour qui change de d'habitude Une histoire d'amour avec des personnes plus âgées Une femme et un homme tout les 2 célibataires depuis un moment après le décès de leurs conjoints respectifs décident de devenir amis pour avoir une compagnie Mais l'amour va alors naître sans qu'ils ne le fassent exprès

Film superbement joué et émouvant
Très beau film avec Jane Fonda et Robert Redford. Vu sur Netflix.
Robert Redford and Jane Fonda about two neighbor widowers who start spending time together at night as they both feel lonely then. Through their dialogue we learn that both had been lonely in their marriage. He because he had left his wife only to regret and come back after a week, but by then their relationship had changed forever, also as he regretted both the damage he had done to his family but also to his mistress who had left her husband for him and thus he had uprooted her life as well. She, Jane Fonda, had lost her daughter in a moment of distraction while the children were playing in the garden. The youngest had splashed the oldest with a water hose and as she ran away from him, she was run over by a car. Their marriage fell appart and the surviving child resented that she was distant and likely blamed him for the death of his sister. This movie, like [An Unfinished Life](https://www.notion.so/An-Unfinished-Life-54c6dce858f14f4986f75fbbff1b6246?pvs=21) by Robert Redford, is about redemption and continuing life. About resilience.
