Ce n’est pas une comédie. Film lent, on a du mal à rentrer dans l’histoire. On attend l’enjeu, le truc qui va faire qu’on va accrocher. Mais ca tarde à venir. On n’est pas trop sur. Y a une dispute à un moment donné, donc on se dit que c’est peut être ça et que ça va être le truc qui va grandir pour faire de ce film un histoire. C’est à peu près ca. Mais c’est très plat. Ça termine très mal, c’est un drame. Un monde particulier, déprimant. En revanche, les acteurs sont bons.
Synopsis
Malek, in his forties, single, has just moved to Montmartre and will soon welcome his nephew Ryiad, who has just arrived from Algeria, into his home. Together they discover Barbès, the neighborhood of the Algerian community, very lively, despite the current health crisis. His meetings with local figures will allow Malek to find a part of himself that he had buried, and to reconcile with his origins.
