Reviews and Comments
1 reviewsI had a horrible time. Firstly, animation and visuals are great, no complaints. I think I can compare this to K-Pop Demon Hunter’s animation, but instead of an anime aesthetic, it was this cool mix of zootopia animation and the new TNMT animation, it looked nice. Also the sound design was nice and the world building was cool. The animal designs were cool as well. Overall, everything related to the visuals and technical aspect of the film I thought they excelled in. The music kind of reminded me of the Mario movie, in that popular songs that didn’t quite feel right in the film, BUT, that isn’t really a complaint since they added songs I like, they added Punk Tactics and Don’t Dream It’s Over. The story is GOD AWFUL, like unbearable at times. Lots of plot holes, characters doing things uncharacteristically, overall just the most mundane and safe plot. Scenes with stupid jokes that drag WAY too long. Out of touch memes. The villain randomly turns insanely evil at the end, and it’s happily ever after with an empty uplifting message. Whatever, I did enjoy some aspects of this film so I don’t regret watching this, but I definitely could’ve seen something better and used my time more wisely, 5/10
