Long, prétentieux, élitiste, ce film représente parfaitement toute la filmographie de Nolan ces dernières années: un cinéma pédant et indigeste aux aller et retour incessants dans le passé et le présent, pour donner un côté substantiel à une histoire franchement horrible et ennuyeuse. Inception fait partie de ces déceptions malgré l'attente. Le seul point positif c'est que le spectateur reste bien accroché au sujet principal du film: les rêves. Vu comment on tombe de sommeil devant, ça aura au moins le mérite d'être cohérent sur ce point.
Synopsis
Cobb, a skilled thief who commits corporate espionage by infiltrating the subconscious of his targets is offered a chance to regain his old life as payment for a task considered to be impossible: "inception", the implantation of another person's idea into a target's subconscious.
