Une famille coréenne habitant aux États-Unis, s'installe dans l'Arkansas où elle poursuit le "rève américain" en cultivant des légumes coréens pour la diaspora coréenne. On suit la famille, dans leur quête d'un avenir de prospérité, hors d'une entreprise de sexage de poussins. Une famille qui tente tant bien que mal de rester soudée face aux épreuves de la vie. Minari ne nous raconte pas une histoire mais nous montre une vie. Un film touchant, universel, et magnifique.
Synopsis
