C’est un beau petit voyage au Québec que m’a offert Monia Chokri (je suis certes, fan des accents, mais aussi des paysages et de la sincérité de ces personnages). Plus que cela, je vois une femme qui aime et désirs, qui écoute son amour et ses instincts, et ça fait du bien ! le rythme du montage et de la comédie sont d’ailleurs très appréciables Ps: Évidemment, la scène de fin sous la neige dans une station essence n’est pas sans rappeler les parapluies de Cherbourg ☂️
Synopsis
Sophia is a philosophy professor in Montreal and has lived as a couple with Xavier for 10 years. Sylvain is a carpenter in the Laurentians and must renovate their country house. When Sophia meets Sylvain for the first time, it’s love at first sight. Opposites attract, but can it last?
