Brice de Nice est un film, avec un jeune homme entretenu par son père, homme d'affaire, qui un jour finit en prison pour escroquerie. Brice de retrouve a la rue et va faire des courses poursuites, il va finir a Hossegor et va s'inscrire a un concours de surf pour gagner 100k €, pour lui et son nouvel ami au pied-pouce. Mais en fait on se rend compte qu'il est nul au surf. A la fin, Brice retourne à Nice et travaille discrètement au nettoyage des plages. Lorsqu'un mur d'eau gigantesque apparait au loin. Brice s'empare de sa planche pour affronter cette vague monstrueuse. Il finit par boire la tasse mais il a réussi à tenir debout.
