Excellent film. Jim Carrey est génial dans ce rôle, qui lui va parfaitement. Tous les acteurs sont formidables (comme Ed Harris, excellent dans son rôle). Le scénario est très bon et très original. Il dénonce de façon magistrale la télé réalité et parvient à nous faire questionner sur le sujet : Peut-on contrôler un homme sans qu'il s'en aperçoive ? L'homme peut-il tout prévoir ? Un film très accessible et très moderne dans son déroulement. Peter Weir signe donc, encore une fois, un très bon film.
Bon film qui est visionnaire sur l’ère de la télé-réalité et des réseaux sociaux. On suit un homme qui est filmé sans le savoir depuis sa naissance pour une émission télé. Il le découvre et essaye de fuir. La dernière scène avec les 2 policiers qui zappent dès que l’émission se finit avec la fuite du héros met en avant le divertissement passif de la population qui n’ayant pas de vie intéressante se reporte sur la vie des autres.
Magnifique reflet de la société et de la déshumanisation des personnalités public. C’est très touchant.
