Synopsis
Upon agreeing to be the brand ambassador for a famous cognac celebrating their bicentennial, novelist Stéphane Belcourt returns to his hometown for the first time in many years. Once there, he meets his first love's son, Lucas. Memories come rushing back to him: irrepressible attraction, bodies becoming one in the heat of desire, a passion that can never be revealed... Guillaume de Tonquedec toujours très bon, au contraire de Victor Belmondo, un peu trop niais dans son jeu d’acteur. Dommage que les flashbacks ne durent pas plus longtemps afin de laisser place à l'idylle naissance des 2 garçons.
Un peu long pour un livre si court
Film très touchant et un casting de qualité. J’ai été embarquée par l’authenticité et l’histoire. Une mention spéciale pour Julien de Saint Jean, j’aime beaucoup cet acteur que j’ai découvert dans monte cristo. En somme « Arrête avec tes mensonges » est un joli film, réalisé proprement, dont l’adaptation est simple et efficac.
