Spect.Opinions on 'Mood Indigo' are a mixed bag, reflecting its unique, visually stunning yet peculiar world. Viewers praise the film for its poetic and imaginative visuals, alongside strong performances, particularly from Romain Duris and Audrey Tautou. However, some find the film's surreal and extravagant style overwhelming and hard to connect with, noting it can feel too detached or bizarre. The adaptation from Boris Vian's work garners appreciation for its creativity, though it also leaves some viewers longing for more depth and fidelity to the source material.
