Noté 7/10 par Sébastien Pierre "Malgré mon agacement sur le fait que les films d'horreur d'aujourd'hui ne traitent principalement d'esprits maléfiques sur leurs différentes formes, je me suis laissé surprendre par ce petit film australien qui apporte son lot de scènes bien foutues au service d'une histoire plutôt plaisante à suivre. Les acteurs sont tous possédés par cette histoire et apportent clairement un plus au film. Quelques frissons bien senties, quelques scènes gores bien amenées par les protagonistes de ces scènes et un scénario plutôt simple mais totalement bien géré par le réalisateur... Décidément les Australiens ne font pas de la simple figuration au cinéma... Un bon petit moment pour tous les amoureux de frissons."
Synopsis

Gory but a good A24 film
The film is truly captivating with its powerful metaphors. Even though it doesn't have a plethora of horror elements it remains thoroughly enjoyable.
The Movie Explores Traumatic Grief Talk to Me is a heavily metaphorical exploration of grief and the difficulties of letting go. Holding on for too long, whether to a person's memory or an embalmed hand, can have destructive consequences for them and their loved ones. Mia is a lil annoying. Hate that it’s a black girl that had to die and attempt murder. Pretty much all of the ancillary characters are useless.
