Synopsis
Deputy Sheriff Joe "Deke" Deacon joins forces with Sgt. Jim Baxter to search for a serial killer who's terrorizing Los Angeles. As they track the culprit, Baxter is unaware that the investigation is dredging up echoes of Deke's past, uncovering disturbing secrets that could threaten more than his case.

We thought we were going to get a suspenseful detective drama but he and Rami just dicked around with Jared Leto for the whole movie. Then they killed him and covered it up. This happened by accident but only because they kept pressing the guy because they wanted him to be a serial killer so bad. What?
