Synopsis
Un adolescent, Leatherface, s'échappe d'un hôpital psychiatrique avec trois autres détenus, kidnappant une jeune infirmière et l'emmenant dans une infernale virée en voiture, alors qu'ils sont poursuivis par un homme de loi bien décidé à se venger.
