Twilight captivates with its blend of romance and fantasy, striking a chord particularly with those nostalgic for their teenage years. The film's portrayal of an impossible love story between a human and a vampire is both criticized and cherished, creating a polarized but generally affectionate reception. While some viewers find the dialogue and acting cringe-worthy, others are deeply moved by the intense emotions and atmospheric setting, making it a comfort movie for many.
👍 Intense emotional connection and nostalgic appeal.
👎 Acting and dialogue may feel outdated and cringeworthy.

GIRL! Why?!
Gênant et drôle !😂
i love it, but not as much as the book
I'm not going to mention the acting or the basic af plot because...well you know why. I think the nostalgia of this movie is what makes me like it so much. I watch it (the whole twilight saga) every year, sometimes 3 times per year. The aesthetic is also really interesting. The last scene always makes me cry (and I mean CRY like a BABY) because I love the way Edward can actually SEE how much she loves him. It's a good romance movie, not the best of course but I really like it and forever will.
I remembered it like a great film and all of that but I was so wrong! I rewatch it (like 2 years after discovered it) the ENTIRE TIME I was like "he's such a red flag" or "ahhhhh I can feel the cringe coming 2 scene away" So it's a big NO And the acting of both💀 Especially Kristen Stewart (idk if it's her way to act or her character, but "Bella" radiates cringe) Robert Pattinson / Edward is also kind of weird. Conclusion : It's a collection of cringe and weirdness.
