D’une belle force, la réalisation sert totalement le propos du film tant dans sa vitesse que sa précision. Un magnifique film porte par Brody qui est juste incroyable ! Ne pas avoir peur de sa longueur qui passe inaperçue, surtout avec l’entracte (qui sert encore une fois au propos du film, coupant le film en deux actes, deux visions). Sans parler de la musique qui transporte tout le long de ce voyage architectural
Synopsis
When an innovative modern architect flees post-war Europe, he is given the opportunity to rebuild his legacy. Set during the dawn of the modern United States (in Pennsylvania), his wife joins him, and their lives are forever changed by a demanding, wealthy patron.

Très bon film. Incroyable performance des acteurs. Histoire d’un rescapé des camps de concentration qui part s’installer aux us vivre l’américan dream, sa femme étant restée derrière lui en Europe. Il y a des scènes un peu longues mais le film est très prenant. Vu au cinéma de la com avec parrain, on a bien kiffé.
Laslo’ journey to architectural fame … did not need 3 hours . Brody impressive
