🎬 Kenneth Branagh nous raconte son enfance à Belfast en Irlande du Nord. Il signe une œuvre pleine de cœur servie par des interprètes en tous points parfaits. Il s’agit d’une belle déclaration d’amour au cinéma du réalisateur, qui se retrouve dans ce jeune enfant. L'utilisation majoritaire du noir et blanc apporte beaucoup à la mise en scène et à la photographie. Le petit Jude Hill est terriblement drôle, servi par des dialogues savoureux, notamment avec son grand-père. Une ode à l'espérance, à l'optimisme et à la vie. Bel hommage à cette ville irlandaise au passé douloureux durant les années 60. 🎬 🎬 🎬
