🎬 Un film d'une délicatesse magnifique tiré d'une histoire vraie, réalisé par Pierre-François Martin-Laval. L'histoire de Fahim, jeune bangladais forcé de quitter son pays avec son père, vivant dans la rue et dans la misère, mais sauvé par son don et son talent pour les échecs. Assad Ahmed est bluffant dans le rôle du petit Fahim, Isabelle Nanty est toujours aussi juste dans l'humanité, et Gérard Depardieu toujours aussi génial en bourru au coeur tendre. Le film oscille entre l'émotion et le comique, ne juge jamais, mais dit la vérité sur tout avec brio. Une belle histoire et un très bon film. 🎬 🎬 🎬
"Une chance pour la France" qui prend cette fois-ci les traits d'un jeune surdoué des échecs bangladais au comportement assez éloigné de sa culture d'origine mais plutôt digne d'un petit occidental capricieux. Si Gérard Depardieu s'en sort bien, ça reste très conventionnel.
Se laisse voir avec plaisir même si ce n’est pas un chef d’œuvre.
