Ce volet marque le retour de Dominic Toretto dans la saga, autour d'une histoire de vengeance et d'infiltration d'un cartel mexicain. Un divertissement efficace et supérieur aux deux films précédents, et même si une fois de plus le scénario n'est pas d'une profondeur incroyable, le jeu d'acteur et les courses poursuites sont satisfaisantes.
