Assez perplexe sur le point de vue du réal (et de l'auteure dans un premier temps) Toutefois le tableau décrit parfaitement l'état de la société actuelle, dans laquelle les hommes (blancs surtout et privilégiés, mais pas que) partent du principe que tant qu'une femme ne dit clairement pas non, c'est qu'elle est consentente. Quand bien même elle est terrifiée, sidérée, tétanisée.. Il est temps que les choses changent, que la notion de viol soit plus clairement et précisément définie !, en prenant en compte l'état de stress, la peur des victimes. Parce que NON, qui ne dit mot ne consent pas !! Les discours des uns, plaidoiries des autres sont toutes autant abjectes les unes que les autres. Seule la plaidoirie de l'avocate de la partie civile vaut la peine d'être entendue
