A cook has his hands full with three mischievous devils, who pop in and out of his kitchen.
Comme souvent avec Noah Baumbach, je me dis que le film va être sympathique mais terriblement bobo. Et c’est encore le cas ici, sauf que l’histoire est finement écrite et parle de remise en question de sa vie durant la quarantaine. Ben Stiller est parfait, Adam Driver incroyable de justesse et je me suis pris dans cette histoire subtile, bien rythmée et non manichéenne. Noah Baumbach connaît son public et accumule les clins d’œil. Comme lorsque l’on entend la musique de Kramer contre Kramer et que l’on comprend que l’amitié idyllique des couples ne durera pas. Finalement malgré tous mes aprioris, à chaque film de ce réalisateur, je suis surpris par la finesse de l’écriture et les sujets abordés. Alors, pourquoi bouder son plaisir ?
