Quelle révélation du duo B. Poelvoorde/I. Carré après le décevant Entre ses mains (2005). Ce film gourmand — étonnamment salué par les critiques — séduit par la modestie et la tendresse de son scénario comme de sa photographie. Cela faisait longtemps qu’un film ne m’avait autant touché par sa simplicité. On oublie le cérébral pour applaudir une efficacité qui parle au cœur 👏 Le dernier et splendide plan des mariés, porté par la musique Big Jet Plane, prolonge la symbolique et achève l’équilibre d’une belle réalisation cinématographique. En somme : un film rentable 🤑, +1M d’entrées et une nomination Meilleure Actrice pour I. Carré aux Césars 2011.
