Summary
Nelie escaped a miserable existence by becoming a frontline nurse in 1914. One day, she takes the identity of Rose, a young woman from a good family, who dies in front of her. She presents herself in her place at Madame de Lengwil's house, to become the reader of this wealthy woman. The lie works beyond her expectations.

Un joli petit film … un tableau de la société en 1914

L’histoire d’une usurpation d’identité qui tourne étonnamment dans son dénouement au profit de celle qui a menti sur fond de première guerre ; un film très classique admirablement joué par notamment Lyna Khoudri (les trois mousquetaires, Novembre…) et Sabine Azéma impeccable. 7/10
