Un médecin de nuit très humain, bienveillant, pète les plombs entre son cousin qui magouille avec les médicaments pour les drogués, sa femme, sa maitresse qui est la copine de son cousin et les toxicos qui le harcèlent. On le suit une nuit durant, celle qui décide de sa vie entière. Un bon téléfilm français que Vincent Macaigne porte entièrement sur ses épaules. Sarah Giraudeau est également éblouissante.
