The coffee here was good and Sheena liked her strawberry matcha. However the food I wanted wasn't available, even though it was displayed in the food counter. Got a different sandwich which was average. Did get a discount as we were staying at Bai hotel. Wouldn't go here again except for the convenience if staying at the hotel again
