S'élever ou mourir... Une S1 dans la plus pure tradition des séries du genre : mensonges, trahisons, corruptions, assassinats en coulisses des jeux du cirque et des courses de chars. Certaines péripéties peuvent sembler faciles ou rapides (surtout en fin de saison) mais c'est globalement réussi. Le ressentiment envers certains personnages est total, et parfait pour préparer une belle S2.
