Red Rose captivates with its blend of teenage drama and technological horror, drawing comparisons to Black Mirror. Viewers appreciate the realistic portrayal of British working-class youth and the series' avoidance of clichés about teens glued to their phones. However, opinions are mixed regarding the depth of the storyline and the plausibility of the plot, with some finding the character motivations and resolutions underwhelming. The series is noted for its engaging start but receives criticism for a perceived decline in intrigue as it progresses.

C’est une série sur une application qui au début pousse les utilisateurs au suicides. Mais plus on s’aperçoit que des personnes sont dernière cette application.
I want to give this 10/10 because it sucked me in and I binged in a day. But there are too many plot holes. I loved that they pump fake paranormal elements and they do a great job of convincing the audience that there is in fact something supernatural occurring. Despite the many lingering questions, I understand the limited series as a commentary on the hold technology has on teens. Much more, it’s a depiction of the senselessness cruelty that some humans thrive off of. Where is our humanity? When does entertainment become cruel?
