Synopsis
In the cutthroat world of international finance, a group of young graduates compete for a limited set of permanent positions at a top investment bank in London. The boundaries between colleague, friend, lover, and enemy soon blur as they immerse themselves in a company culture defined as much by sex, drugs and ego as it is by deals and dividends.
Community Reviews
Viewers of 'Industry' find themselves immersed in a vivid portrayal of young financiers navigating the cutthroat world of banking post-2008 financial collapse. While the series is praised for its intense drama and strong character development, some viewers feel overwhelmed by its explicit content, including frequent scenes of sex and drug use. The series evolves across seasons, with initial pacing issues resolving as the narrative deepens, drawing mixed reactions regarding its darker, more 'bloody' progression in later seasons.
👍 Strong character development
👎 Excessive explicit content
