Noté 7/10 par Sébastien Pierre "Si l'on peut regretter les mêmes défauts que la série mère (à savoir les scènes interminables et qui ne servent à rien), cette nouvelle mini série de l'univers Walking Dead apporte les réponses que l'on voulait tous sur le départ du personnage emblématique Rick Grimes. Finalement, cette salve de 6 épisodes nous apporte des émotions, un peu d'action, le retour de quelques personnages connus et une nouvelle communauté qui, malheureusement pour cette suite, n'apporte pas autant d'intérêt que celles rencontrées dans le passé. Une mini série qui se veut plus intéressante tout de même que les précédentes mais irrégulière dans le rythme."
