Summary
Berlin. The well-orchestrated life of Hélène Berg is turned upside down by a phone call. Her daughter Anya, a student in Paris, is accused of murder. Convinced of her daughter's innocence, Hélène takes the first plane to Paris. She promises to her husband and her son, in the middle of the high school diploma, that she will bring Anya home very soon, that it is all a tragic misunderstanding - On the spot, Hélène leads her own investigation, helped by Vincent, a French lawyer - and also her first love, whom she had not seen for twenty years. But gradually, their investigations bring to light compromising evidence against Anya. As the discoveries, doubt creeps in: what if her daughter was not innocent ?

Quand sa fille est accusée de meurtre, Hélène fait appel à son ancien amant Vincent, avocat, pour l’aider et la défendre. À la fin, sa fille est acquittée mais on apprend qu’elle était bien coupable et qu’elle avait orchestré son meurtre pour défendre les femmes qui étaient maltraitées par leur conjoint. Elle voulait faire justice elle-même. C’est long, ce n’est pas passionnant….Bof, bof !! Sur Netflix
