Horrible ending Seasons 1 & 2 are better than 3

Quite an interesting series. In S3, swearing was introduced, don't know why, the first 2 seasons were fine without it. The moral of this story is that Kieffer Sutherland should be President of the USA. Apparently, no season 4.
