Mais ce livre est tout de meme sacrement bien construit, et tres instructif. Les exemples sont souvent marquants et rappellent beaucoup mes propres experiences. A mettre definitivement entre les mains de ceux qui travaillent dans des environnements internationaux. Moins d'interet pour les autres. J'aurais vraiment aimé lire ce livre il y a 10 ou 15 ans. Cela m'aurait évité bien des erreurs et incompréhension niveau pro.
